1. Please contact us within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.
2. The buyer must pay for the return if it is not covered by our guarantee against manufacturer defects and the exchange is not due to our fault.
4. The returned goods must be new. Returned items such as obvious use, accident damage, improper care, normal wear and tear will be rejected.
5. All addresses on the package have not been approved as return addresses. Packages returned without a return address authorized by a customer service representative will not be refunded or exchanged.
7. After receiving your returned package, we will send the refund back to your original payment account within one working week or send the exchange order within 3 working days. You will usually receive a refund within a week of being issued.
We do not accept items that are returned directly without notifying us beforehand.
Step 1: Please email our customer service representative email@example.com to request a replacement / return.
Step 2: After receiving your exchange / return request email, our customer service representative will email you the exchange / return instructions again. Please follow the exchange / return instructions.
Step 3: You will be refunded within a week or the replacement order will be processed after the package is received. After the refund or exchange has been processed, we will email you. FYI, if your initial payment method is a credit card, the bank refund will take longer to process, depending on the CC company).
A full refund will be given if you cancel the order within 24 hours of purchase. If you want to cancel the order, please send a help ticket from "Contact us" or Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the order has shipped, we do not accept any cancellation requests.
